It seems like only yesterday, my children were learning how to walk.  My biggest challenge as their mother was to ensure that they understood the word “no” and went to bed when they were told.  As they’ve grown, they are able to take care of themselves quite well, but a new set of challenges have arisen.  They go to school and run into bullies and friendships…all needing a different level of care from me.

I don’t know about you, but August went by like lightening this year!  I woke up this morning to my first day back to work after a week long vacation – it’s September already…or as my kids would like to say, only three months until Christmas.  Holy cow!
